Workspaces & Teams

Multi-workspace management, team roles and permissions, and invitation workflows.

Workspace Basics

A workspace is a self-contained PRISM environment with its own connected platforms, Brand Audit history, content calendar, and team members. Creator and Pro plans include 1 workspace. Agency plans include up to 25 workspaces (one per client). Enterprise plans include unlimited workspaces. Each workspace has independent PRISM Scores — switching workspaces switches your entire context.

Team Roles

Workspaces support 4 roles: Owner (full access including billing and workspace deletion), Admin (full access except billing), Editor (can create and schedule content, run audits, use all modules except Settings), and Viewer (read-only access to dashboards, scores, and reports). Invite team members via email from Settings → Team → Invite. Invitees receive a link to create an account or join with their existing PRISM account.

Multi-Workspace Management

Agency and Enterprise accounts can switch between workspaces using the workspace selector in the sidebar header. The "All Workspaces" dashboard shows a portfolio view: each client's current PRISM Score, recent score changes, and active campaigns. This view is designed for agency account managers who need to monitor multiple client accounts from a single interface.

Workspace Isolation

Workspaces are fully isolated — team members in Workspace A cannot see data from Workspace B unless they're invited to both. Connected platform tokens are workspace-scoped: connecting Instagram in one workspace does not affect other workspaces. Billing is handled at the account level, not workspace level — one subscription covers all workspaces within the plan's limits.
