Pro ($149/mo, $119/mo annual) — 6 platforms, 10 audits/mo, 200 AI posts/mo, Score Delta Reports, Repurpose Engine, Narrative Arc, revenue integrations, 5 team members. Agency ($549/mo, $439/mo annual) — 1,000 AI posts/mo, 50 campaigns, 50 audits/mo, 5 client portals, approval workflows, Brand Rule Engine, 5 team members. Enterprise ($1,199/mo, $1,199/mo annual) — 2,000 AI posts/mo, 100 campaigns, SSO/SAML, IP allow-list, custom AI, full read/write API access, dedicated CSM, 99.9% SLA.
Add-Ons
White-Label is available as an add-on for Agency ($375/mo — White-Label Starter) and Enterprise ($550/mo — White-Label Pro) plans. White-Label includes custom domain, brand color replacement, logo upload, and email customization. Add-ons are managed in Settings → Billing → Add-Ons. White-Label add-on pricing does not receive the annual discount — it's flat-rate.
Usage & Limits
Each plan has limits on: connected platforms (Creator: 3, Pro: 6, Agency: 6, Enterprise: 6+ custom), team members (Creator: 1, Pro: 5, Agency: 5, Enterprise: 7), active campaigns (Creator: 5, Pro: 20, Agency: 50, Enterprise: 100), AI posts/month (Creator: 60, Pro: 200, Agency: 1,000, Enterprise: 2,000), and monthly audit runs (Creator: 4, Pro: 10, Agency: 50, Enterprise: 100). Repurposes/month: Creator: 10, Pro: 50, Agency: 200, Enterprise: 500. Client portals: Creator: none, Pro: none, Agency: 5, Enterprise: 10. Data retention: Creator: 90 days, Pro: 12 months, Agency: 24 months, Enterprise: custom. Usage is tracked in Settings → Billing → Usage. Overages are not charged — you'll see a notification when approaching limits and can pace your usage with weekly allocation guardrails.
Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Settings → Billing → Subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellation retains access through the end of your paid period. All billing is processed through Stripe — your payment details are never stored on PRISM servers.
