Prerequisites
White-Label is available to Agency plans with the White-Label Starter add-on ($375/mo) and Enterprise plans with the White-Label Pro add-on ($550/mo). Activate the add-on from Settings → Billing → Add-Ons. Once activated, navigate to Settings → Branding to begin customization.
Custom Domain
Navigate to Settings → Branding → Custom Domain. Enter your desired domain (e.g., app.yourcompany.com). PRISM will provide DNS records (CNAME) to add to your domain registrar. After DNS propagation (typically 1–24 hours), click "Verify Domain." Once verified, your PRISM instance will be accessible at your custom domain with SSL automatically provisioned. Your clients will see your domain, not prism.onprism.io. White-Label Pro includes priority SSL provisioning (under 1 hour).
Brand Colors & Logo
Navigate to Settings → Branding → Appearance. Upload your logo (PNG or SVG, max 2MB) — it replaces the PRISM logo throughout the interface. Set your primary brand color — this replaces PRISM's accent color (default orange) across all UI elements: buttons, links, charts, and indicators. Preview changes in real-time before saving. White-Label Pro additionally supports: custom favicon, login page branding, and email template color customization.
Email Customization
White-Label Pro includes email customization. Navigate to Settings → Branding → Email. Set your From Email (e.g., noreply@yourcompany.com) and From Name. System emails (audit notifications, team invitations, weekly summaries) will be sent from your custom address. Note: email customization requires SPF/DKIM DNS records for your domain to ensure deliverability. PRISM provides the exact records to add.
What Gets White-Labeled
Starter: Logo replacement throughout the app, custom primary color, custom domain with SSL. Pro (everything in Starter plus): custom favicon, email sender customization, login page branding, white-labeled PDF report exports, and custom footer text in all system emails. Items that are NOT white-labeled: the underlying PRISM.Score methodology (it's always called "PRISM Score" in the scoring engine), API endpoint URLs (these always use api.onprism.io regardless of custom domain).
