Calendar Overview
The Content Calendar provides a unified view of all scheduled and published content across connected platforms. Views include: monthly bird's-eye view with color-coded platform indicators, weekly detail view with full post previews, and daily planning view with time-slot scheduling. Content is tagged by Narrative Arc phase, content pillar, and target platform for easy filtering.
Scheduling Content
Click any time slot to create a new post. The scheduling modal includes: content editor (text, media upload), platform selector (multi-select for cross-posting), PRISM Studio integration (real-time scoring as you compose), tag assignment (content pillars, campaign tags), and suggested posting times based on your audience's historical engagement patterns. Draft posts appear in grey; scheduled posts appear in their platform's color; published posts appear with engagement indicators.
Tag & Hashtag Library
The persistent Tag Library stores your content categories and tracks usage over time. Each tag has a "Pillar Affinity" score showing which PRISM pillar it most strongly influences — helping you balance your content mix. The Hashtag Library tracks performance of your most-used hashtags with engagement multipliers, helping you choose the most effective tags for each post. Tags sync across all calendar views and Campaign OS.
Gap Detection Integration
The calendar integrates with Campaign OS's Gap Detection. Visual indicators highlight: empty days where no content is scheduled (Platform Neglect risk), consecutive promotional posts exceeding the 30% threshold (Sales Fatigue risk), and missing content types for the current Narrative Arc phase (Narrative Gap). These aren't just alerts — the calendar suggests specific content to fill each gap based on your pillar targets.
