Video Processing Pipeline
Upload a source video (YouTube, podcast recording, webinar, etc.) and the Repurpose Engine: (1) Transcribes the full video with timestamp alignment, (2) Identifies the 5 strongest "moments" based on hook strength and content density, (3) Generates platform-native clips for each moment: TikTok (vertical, 15–60s, trend-captions), Reels (vertical, 15–90s), Shorts (vertical, under 60s), Twitter/X (square, under 2:20), (4) Scores each clip in PRISM Studio with pillar predictions.
Moment Detection
Moment Detection identifies the highest-impact segments in your source video. It analyzes: hook potential (does this segment start with an attention-grabbing statement?), emotional peaks (tonal shifts that signal strong moments), information density (segments that deliver clear, actionable insights), and engaging exchanges (for multi-person content like interviews and podcasts). You can adjust thresholds to get more or fewer clips per video.
Platform-Native Formatting
Each clip is reformatted for the target platform, not just resized. This includes: dynamic captions (styled for each platform's caption preferences), hook restructuring (TikTok hooks are 0.5s; YouTube Shorts are 1.2s), audio optimization (TikTok auto-plays with sound; LinkedIn auto-plays muted), and aspect ratio adjustments with smart cropping that follows the speaker. Text overlays match platform conventions (bold impact text for TikTok, clean professional text for LinkedIn).
Weekly Workflow
The recommended workflow: Monday — record one long-form video. Tuesday — upload to Repurpose Engine, review generated clips. Wednesday — score clips in PRISM Studio, revise if needed. Thursday–Saturday — schedule clips via Content Calendar across all platforms. This produces 12–18 platform-native pieces per week from a single creative session.
