Campaign Architecture
Campaign OS is PRISM's strategic campaign management module. It transforms random content publishing into structured, goal-oriented campaigns using the Narrative Arc framework. Each campaign consists of: a strategic objective (e.g., "product launch," "brand awareness"), a defined timeline (typically 60–90 days), content planned across 4 narrative phases, and real-time performance tracking against PRISM Score targets.
Building a Narrative Arc
Create a new campaign and define the Arc: Phase 1 (Foundation, weeks 1–3): Set up the narrative premise — what problem does your brand solve? Content is educational and positioning-focused. Phase 2 (Build, weeks 4–6): Develop proof points — case studies, behind-the-scenes, data reveals. Phase 3 (Peak, weeks 7–9): The climax — product launch, major announcement, transformation reveal. Phase 4 (Echo, weeks 10–12): Sustain with results, testimonials, and callbacks to earlier content. Assign content pieces to each phase using the visual timeline editor.
Gap Detection
Campaign OS monitors your campaign in real-time and flags 3 types of gaps: Narrative Gaps (content mix is unbalanced for the current phase — e.g., too much selling in Foundation), Sales Fatigue (promotional content exceeds 30% of output in any phase), and Platform Neglect (a connected platform hasn't received content in 5+ days). Each gap alert includes a specific recommendation for correction.
Campaign Intelligence
The Intelligence tab shows campaign performance: PRISM Score trajectory during the campaign, pillar-by-pillar movement, engagement metrics per phase, and projected outcomes based on current trajectory. Use the Scenario Planner to model "what if" changes — e.g., "what happens to our Peak phase engagement if we add 2 more Build-phase case studies?"
